Hey I’m Melanie!

I'm a Denver native who believes real estate can be one of the most meaningful tools for building both stability and long-term wealth. My goal is to help clients make decisions that support their lifestyle today while supporting the future they’re planning for.

I guide my clients with patience, empathy, and strategic insight, drawing not only from my background in data analysis but also from my own experience building a real estate portfolio. Together, we look at each home through a personal and investment lens.
