I’m so happy to share this brand with you as it’s rooted in a story that started well before real estate became my career.

I grew up in Littleton, Colorado and when I was ten years old, my parents bought their first rental property in a tiny mountain town called Kremmling. Early on, it was a treat to sneak out of the city to a cozy little home for a quiet weekend. Over time, though, our visits became less about vacations and more about cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.

It wasn’t until my parents purchased their second rental that I began to understand what was really happening. What I once saw as a getaway had become a powerful tool that was creating flexibility, stability, and new opportunities for our family.

Years later, while establishing my career, I started to feel similarly drawn to creating options of my own. I worked with my now-husband to convert the basement in his home into a rental unit, then soon after purchased my first investment property. I loved the entire process — the strategy, the analysis, and watching a portfolio begin to take shape.

That interest snowballed. I spent weekends working alongside my realtor, learning everything I could, and eventually purchased a second investment property out of state, sight unseen. Not long after accepting a senior leadership role in tech, I realized my attention was elsewhere. Within months, I stepped away from a career I was proud of to dive headfirst into real estate; the work I couldn’t stop thinking about and the space I wanted to be fully immersed in every day.

For me, buying homes was never just about the transaction — it was an empowering process that opened doors I didn’t know existed.

So today, my mission is twofold: to help you confidently navigate the process of buying a home and to get intentional about how you’ll use that purchase to build a life you’re genuinely excited about!

I bring firsthand experience from every angle: acquiring and managing my own properties, evaluating a portfolio over time, and staying closely connected to what’s happening in the market each day. I also bring a deep curiosity about your goals, your timeline, and what you want this decision to support in both the short and long term.
